Design & Styling
LOS OLIVOS
Let us customize the visual design and identity for your event. This package includes moodboarding, styling, tablescape mock-ups, rental suggestions, event stationary, floor planning and spacial design and all other designs aesthetics. This package does not include any day-of coordination or planning support.

For couples who need selective guidance in completing the final details and assistance for their wedding day.
We’ll have your back with a 10-hour coordination service. Our lead coordinator will be on-site the entire time, overseeing all the details and making sure your event is a seamless and stress-free success. We’ll sweat the small stuff, all you have to do is show up and party!

Full service planning includes everything from booking your venue, vendors, rentals and anything in between.
Styling and design are our specialty. We don’t believe in the one size fits all motto, or anything “cookie-cutter.” This is your moment to stand out and we want to make your wedding day as uniquely “you” as possible.
Our team will be on-site the entire time, overseeing all the details and making sure your event is a seamless and stress-free success. All you have to do is show up and party!

The Big Sur Package offers all the benefits of our Full Planning Package, with the added bonus of 24/7 access to Sophia and Giulia. They’ll personally guide you through every step of the process, from design and styling to vendor booking, negotiations, day-of timelines and more!
As a boutique wedding planning company, dedicating our time and creativity to your event is our passion. For this reason, we only take (4) Luxury Full Planning clients per year. We offer custom packages tailored to our clients’ specific needs, but you can expect to spend around 20% of your overall budget.
