THE BIG SUR

Full Service Planning

Frankie & Louise is a boutique wedding planning company and we currently only take (4) Full Service weddings per year with budgets of $100,000 or higher.

Our pricing is based on your guest count and total budget. We offer custom packages tailored to our clients’ specific needs, but you can expect to spend around 20 percent of your overall budget.

    • Venue research, scouting and confirmation

    • Two Meetings via phone or Google Meets per month

    • Weekly Meetings via phone or Google Meets one month before your wedding date

    • Wedding Planning text thread with Sophia & Giulia

    • Floor plan design & seating chart development

    • Review of final banquet event orders

    • Plan final day-of schedule of events

    • Personalized Checklists & reminders

    • Budget Cost & Analysis

    • Initial design & concept meeting

    • Final design mock-up of tablescapes and event space

LOS OLIVOS

Design & Styling

Let us customize the visual design and identity for your event. This package includes moodboarding, styling, tablescape mock-ups, rental suggestions, event stationary, floor planning and spacial design and all other designs aesthetics. This package does not include any day-of coordination or planning support.

WEDDING DAY DIRECTION

Day-Of
Coordination

For couples who need selective guidance in completing the final details and assistance for their wedding day. 

We’ll have your back with a 12-hour coordination service. Our lead coordinator will be on-site the entire time, overseeing all the details and making sure your event is a seamless and stress-free success. We’ll sweat the small stuff, all you have to do is show up and party!

This package can only be booked as an add-on to our Design & Styling package above.

    • (12) Hours of coordination with our lead coordinator + assistants

    • Introduction to our lead coordinator 60-days before your wedding date

    • Up to (4) Meetings via Google Meet or phone

    • Final confirmation of rental counts
